Arm Length
Find your landmarks. To do this, tilt your head forward, and find the vertebra in the neck that stands out the most. Place the arm in a slightly bent position. Start measuring at the level of the vertebra, pass the gallon through the shoulder bone, go down to the elbow bone, then continue the gallon on the forearm to the base of the thumb. Note the measurement.
Write down your measurement
