Refund or exchange conditions
(Does not include parachute clothing)

Goods can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If you made your purchase online with delivery by mail, you can return the goods to us by mail, free of charge.

For an online return, here are the steps to follow:

• Write an email to info@ouragansport.com containing the following information:

1. Your Invoice number;

2. The item(s) to be returned;

3. Reason for return for each item;

• If all refund or exchange conditions are met, and you meet your 30-day deadline, you will receive an email with an authorization to return the items to us. In this email you will have all the instructions for the return.
• You  must  provide  5 working days  of  time limit  after  reception  of  your  package  for  treat  your  credit .
• Refunds will be made the same method as when purchased.

*Ouragan sport reserves the right to refuse a refund if, upon receipt of the package, the items do not comply with the refund conditions. *

If you have chosen the in-store pick-up option, return by mail is not possible. You must go directly to Ouragan sport to make a refund or an exchange.

*Delivery charges are non-refundable. *
