Refund or exchange conditions

Goods can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If you made your purchase online with delivery by mail, you can return the goods to us by mail, free of charge.

For an online return, here are the steps to follow:

• Write an email to retour@pureouragan.com containing the following information:

1. Your Invoice number;

2. The item(s) to be returned;

3. Reason for return for each item;

• If all the refund or exchange conditions are met, and you meet your 30-day deadline, you will receive an email with an authorization to return the items to us. In this email you will have all the instructions for the return.
• You must allow 5 working days after receipt of your package to process your credit.
• Refunds will be made the same method as when purchased.

If you have chosen the in-store pick-up option, return by mail is not possible. You must go directly to Pure Ouragan to make a refund or an exchange.
